The Human Resources Management is directed at developing new perspectives regarding the role of C.V.R.V.V. staff in its several departments, namely through continuously developing institutional objectives.

Therefore, the old golden rule, according to which personnel management was controlling people has been replaced by a new management philosophy favouring the optimisation of all resources, specially those involving its manpower.

Although the C.V.R.V.V. Personnel Department is responsible for :

  • assisting human resources management, maintaining archives and personnel files, processing salaries processing, controlling absenteeism, holiday leave;
  • supplying data to the accounting department for purposes of tax reports and other accounting or fiscal purposes;
  • organising and controlling hiring of staff;
  • reporting on complementary issues, namely those involving the collective bargaining of wages and salaries;
  • studying particular aspects of labour legislation;
  • collecting data including that required by official entities,

its main objective is the individual and general well-being of its employees as it studies new ways of motivating them, thereby establishing guidelines to ensure that the general objectives will attained.
