The objects of the Quality Policy implemented in the CVRVV's Laboratory are:

1. to guarantee full confidence in the analytical results;
2. to guarantee that the tests are performed strictly according to the standards, internal procedures and/or other technical specifications;
3. to guarantee that the test reports express exactly the results of the tests performed;
4. to guarantee the confidential nature of all information obtained for and during the tests; and
5. to guarantee that the tests are performed under conditions of total confidentiality and safety.

The CVRVV Laboratory is thus an essential instrument in defence of the quality and authenticity of the Vinho Verde wine.
