Objectives: To quality technical staff in this field or to enable them to improve their knowledge of Sensorial and Qualification Analysis. Those courses are directed at training experts so that they may join the CVRVV Tasting Panel, on an inter-professional and rotational basis, as well as rendering technical assistance to the region.
